Terrorism or Poverty ? ?

The London serial blasts have shaken the world yet again after 9/11. Is there an end...to all this ??...and is the world not paying adequate attention to more important issues ....??..Is Terrorism becoming more important than Poverty ?? "The Wise Donkey" requests all bloggers in the blogosphere to voice their opinion...and make the leaders of the world think as to whether they are doing what they should be doing ....to rid the world of poverty.....

Why is SPAM called SPAM ?

The term 'spam' is derived from the popular Monty Python song 'Spam Sketch' set in a cafe where everything on the menu includes Spam luncheon meat. The chorus repeats 'Spam, spam, spam, spam, lovely spam, wonderful spam' over and over again and in the process belittling and drowning out all relevant conversations. Since 'Spam' involves sending identical messages to a large number of recipients without their permission, it has been called so.

Although this is the normal interpretation, I invite any blogger to give a different perspective to the concept of 'SPAM'....Ciao...until....my next post..
